Human experience with a systems mindset
Fuad bin Abdullah Alhamad is an Information Systems Analyst, Technology and Management Consultant, and AI Expert, with more than 28 years of experience in the governmental and social sectors. He combines computer science and artificial intelligence with institutional work and family and educational counseling. He participated in digital transformation initiatives at the General Irrigation Organization (1998–2010) and at the Family Development Association in Al-Ahsa (since 2017), and oversees several digital platforms serving thousands of beneficiaries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from King Faisal University and a Higher Diploma in Family Counseling, alongside advanced AI certifications from SDAIA, DeepLearning.AI and Google. He is a published author and a writer for Alyaum, Al-Jazirah and Asda'a Al-Khaleej newspapers. He is the Executive Director of Al-Mustashar Electronic Platform almostshar.com.
Since 2002, he has trained more than 10,000 trainees across professional, managerial, technical, and self/family-development programs. He is an accredited and licensed trainer certified by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).
